Irish Examiner: French government still to give green light to the Six Nations

For a while, the Covid-19 pandemic threatened the Six Nations schedule, as the French government questioned whether it would exempt France, Scotland and Wales squads from strict quarantine rules. It has now decided it will, but when the Irish Examiner asked for an update, that decision had not been taken.

But Jacky Lorenzetti had offered Racing 92’s La Defense Arena as a one-venue alternative…

France’s internationals head to Nice on Monday for Six Nations camp, amid continuing doubts over whether the tournament will take place as scheduled.
